Steve Erickson transitions from 35 years as a construction manager employee to ownership, launching operations from a small office in Forest Lake, MN. Long-time colleague Lyle Dahlin joins him, marking the start of their commercial construction venture.
2009
Steve formally establishes his company as Interstate CM and together with Lyle, they construct a new office in Forest Lake, solidifying their foundation for growth.
2016
As demand surges across the Midwest, ICM's annual revenue exceeds $10 million, showcasing our commitment to quality and client satisfaction.
2017
Following the unexpected passing of Steve, his son, Ken Erickson, steps into the role of president, carrying forward the family legacy.
